Academy Hotel's breakfast, café-bar and restaurant operate in the neighbouring building, a 3-minute (about 200 m) walk outdoors. In the winter season (November–March) breakfast is served daily 07:00–10:00 and included in every room rate; the restaurant and bar are open 18:00–01:00. Gluten-free, lactose-free, dairy-free and vegan diets are always accommodated.

Part of the house
We say it before you book, not after you arrive: breakfast is next door, not downstairs. It's a three-minute walk outdoors — in midwinter that means a hat and a moment of real Lapland air between the bed and the coffee. Most guests end up counting it as a feature.
The room is warm, the food is honest and the bar keeps northern hours in the winter season. On safari mornings the kitchen packs your breakfast to go — order it from reception the day before and it's waiting when you leave.
